How and when equipment reaches you, what it costs, and what happens with the large items that cannot go in a parcel.
Delivery methods
Three options at checkout. Which ones appear depends on what is in the order — a competition platform cannot travel by standard courier.

Where we deliver
Peninsular and East Malaysia. Sabah and Sarawak add two to four working days on standard delivery and are quoted individually for anything oversized.
We do not ship outside Malaysia from this website. Federations and distributors outside the country should send an enquiry through the quote request instead.
Stock and lead times
Products show their availability on the product page and again in the cart.
- In stock — picked the same working day when ordered before 3pm.
- Low stock — still held locally, but call if you need the full quantity confirmed.
- Made to order — produced against your order, typically four to fourteen weeks. The quotation states a production window per line.
A mixed order ships complete unless you ask us to split it. Splitting is free; say so in the delivery notes at checkout.
Posts, racks and platforms
Anything socketed, wheeled or over three metres is delivered on a scheduled date rather than by courier. We call to arrange access, and confirm what is needed on site — a loading bay, a forklift, someone to sign.
Installation is carried out by our own people after a site check, and is quoted separately from the goods.
Receiving an order
Check the delivery against the delivery order before signing. Damage in transit must be noted on the delivery order at the time and reported to us within three working days — after that we cannot claim against the courier.
For institutional deliveries we can address the delivery order to a named recipient. Add the name in the delivery notes at checkout.
