Frequently asked questions

Ordering, payment, delivery and warranty. If your question is not here, call — you will get a person who knows the stock.

Ordering

Should I use the cart or request a quote?
Use the cart if you are buying a handful of stocked items and want them now. Use the quote request for anything institutional — a season's equipment, a facility fit-out, or anything made to order. A quotation is priced against your quantities and comes back in a form you can put in front of a committee.
Do I need an account to order?
No. Checkout works as a guest. An account is useful if you order regularly — it keeps your delivery addresses, your order history and every quotation we have issued you in one place.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Before dispatch, yes — call with the order reference. Once a made-to-order item has entered production it cannot be cancelled, which is stated at checkout and on the quotation.
Is the stock figure on the site accurate?
Availability shows as in stock, low stock or made to order rather than an exact count, because exact counts go stale between a page load and a checkout. If you need a specific quantity confirmed, call or ask on the quote request.

Payment & pricing

How can I pay?
FPX online banking, credit or debit card, and e-wallets through our payment provider. Institutions can also pay by bank transfer against a proforma invoice, or on credit terms against a purchase order.
Where are my card details entered?
On the payment provider's own secure page, never on this website. We do not see, handle or store card numbers at any point.
Do prices include SST?
No. Every price on this site excludes SST, which is applied on the invoice at the rate applicable to the goods. Totals are labelled accordingly so there is no surprise at the end.
Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes, from approved institutional accounts on agreed credit terms. The account needs setting up first — call and we will handle the paperwork.

Delivery

How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery is 3–7 working days nationwide on stocked lines, and is free above MYR 1,000. Express is 1–2 working days to Klang Valley. Made-to-order equipment runs to its production window, typically four to fourteen weeks.
Do you deliver to Sabah and Sarawak?
Yes. Add two to four working days on standard delivery. Oversized items are quoted individually because freight dominates the cost.
Do you install posts, racks and platforms?
Yes, with our own people, after a site check. Installation is quoted separately from the goods once we know the venue and the access.

Products & warranty

Is the equipment genuine?
Orindo Prima is the authorised Malaysian distributor for Eleiko, adidas, TYR and Nordic Sport. Everything from those brands is genuine stock with full manufacturer warranty and the certification paperwork a facility audit will ask for.
Which specification do I need for competition?
It depends on the sanctioning body — IWF and IPF differ on weightlifting equipment, and World Athletics sets throws tolerances. Tell us which meets you are hosting on the quote request and we will specify against it. We will also tell you where school specification is adequate and the certified version would be wasted budget.
Can I return something?
Stocked items within 30 days, unused and in original packaging. Made-to-order equipment cannot be returned once production has started. Full detail is on the returns page.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Email or call with your order reference and photographs of the fault. As the authorised distributor we handle claims for our four brands directly rather than sending you to the manufacturer.
