What personal data Orindo Prima collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Who we are
Orindo Prima, No 3-1, Tingkat 1, Jalan Excella 3 Off, Jalan Ampang Putra, Taman Ampang Hilir, 55100 Kuala Lumpur. We are the data user for the purposes of the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

What we collect
- Contact details you give us — name, organisation, email, phone, delivery and billing addresses.
- Order and quotation history, including what you bought and what we quoted.
- Correspondence, including messages on a quotation thread.
- Basic technical data from your browser — pages viewed, device type, approximate location from IP.
We do not collect or store card numbers. Card and online banking details are entered on the payment provider's own page and never reach this website.
Why we use it
- To quote, fulfil and deliver your orders, and to invoice for them.
- To handle warranty claims and returns.
- To keep the records tax law requires us to keep.
- To improve the website, in aggregate rather than individually.
We send marketing only where you have asked for it, and every such message carries an unsubscribe link. Transactional messages — order confirmations, quotation documents, delivery notices — are not marketing and are sent regardless.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept for seven years, as tax law requires. Quotation records are kept for three years so we can re-issue against an earlier specification. Marketing preferences are kept until you change them.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you can ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to stop using it for marketing, and in some circumstances ask us to delete it. Write to inquiry@orindoprima.com.my and we will respond within 21 days.
