Return window

Stocked items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging, for a refund or exchange. Tell us before sending anything back so we can issue a return reference.

Return postage is yours unless the item is faulty, damaged in transit or not what you ordered — in which case we arrange collection and cover it.

What cannot be returned

• Made-to-order equipment, once production has started. This is stated at checkout and on the quotation.
• Items cut or assembled to your measurements, including netting cut to size.
• Equipment that has been used, installed, marked or has had protective film removed.
• Consumables and hygiene items where the seal is broken.

None of this affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 where they apply.

Manufacturer warranty

Warranty periods are set by the manufacturer and stated on each product page. Eleiko competition bars carry a lifetime warranty; most other equipment runs from one to ten years depending on the item.

As the authorised distributor we handle warranty claims for Eleiko, adidas, TYR and Nordic Sport directly rather than sending you to the manufacturer. Keep the invoice — it is the proof of purchase a claim needs.

Warranty covers manufacturing defect. It does not cover wear from normal use, damage from misuse or incorrect installation, or corrosion on equipment stored outdoors against its specification.

Starting a return or claim

Email or call with your order reference and, for a warranty claim, photographs of the fault. We will tell you within two working days whether it is a return, a warranty repair or a replacement, and arrange collection where we are covering it.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within seven working days of us receiving the goods. Orders paid against a purchase order are credited to the account instead.
